Please click the link below and install the Access 2007 runtime if you do not have microsoft access installed in your computer and your Windows XP has lower version than SP2.

Please follow the directions below after the Access runtime installation is complete.

1. Error message.

If you're getting the ODBC error message, that definitely means that you don't have MS Office installed in your computer. Please continue if you're getting ODBC error message.


2. Run ODBC administrator

First, open the control panel.

Select administrative tools.

Select data source (ODBC)

If you're getting the message above, ODBD administrator summoning is complete. We will move on to the next step.


3. Access database driver installation check

If you move on to the driver tab, there will be a screen with lots of installed drivers.
If you have the driver highlighted above, meaning Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb, *.accdb), we will move on to the next step.
If you do not have this driver, please go back to the beginning and install Access 2007 runtime.



4. Addition of user DSN access database.

Go back to the user DSN tab and press the 'add' button to the right.
You will see a window 'create new data source', here we will select the driver we have checked in the last step, Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb, *.accdb), and press finish.

When the ODBC Microsoft Access Setup window shows up, write MS Access Database as the data source name as shown above and then press finish.

If the driver named MS Access Database is added as shown above, then all tasks are done. Lastly, press ok and close all the windows.

Now, the DreamNote will launch properly. (For those still experiencing problems, it will launch after the reinstallation.)
