Well, shall we look at New file, Modify name and Remove file this time, which are the most fundamental functions of all?
We will start with New file.
Click the folder of your choice from the Main control.
You
click on an 'synopsis memo' if you want to create
a new file under the 'synopsis memo folder', for example.
There are basically two ways to create a file(text, memo, image etc) from here.
First, you can click on series of icons such as 'New Memo' or 'New Document' from the left side of the Main control.
Secondly,
you can right click on a folder at the Main Control and choose one of
the 'New ~~~' options from the popup menu(Picture above).
You use whichever suit you better :)
How about we look at Modify name now?
Modify name is much easier to use than New file we have just learned.
Right click on anything you want to change and select 'Modify name' from the popup menu.
A window will pop up and then you can type the new name into it.
Remove file is about the same as Modify name .
Right click on target and select 'Remove file' from the popup menu.
Or you can also press the 'Delete' key while the target you wish to delete is selected.
